Our client, a growing and entrepreneurial organization, is seeking a Human Resources Director to support HR operations and people initiatives. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to partner closely with leadership while helping build scalable HR processes in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. The position combines both strategic involvement and hands-on execution across all major areas of HR.
Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to refine HR strategy and policy

Support performance management, employee relations, engagement, and retention efforts

Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices

Assist with organizational integration efforts tied to company growth and expansion

Coordinate payroll and benefits administration

Serve as a key HR point of contact for leadership teams and external HR partners

Help drive process improvements and scalable HR infrastructure across the organization
Qualifications

7+ years of progressive HR experience in a hands-on leadership role

Broad exposure across recruiting, compliance, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and performance management

Strong business acumen with the ability to operate strategically while remaining detail-oriented

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Experience supporting organizational growth, integration activity, or complex business environments
