Morgan Hunter is partnering with a well-established national organization based in Kansas City to add a Part-Time People Operations Coordinator to support their HR leadership team. This role provides administrative and operational support across the HR department and will work closely with senior HR leaders to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the behind-the-scenes organizer for a team. An ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality while supporting HR leadership.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR leadership team and broader HR department
- Manage department expense reports and assist with tracking HR budgets
- Coordinate travel arrangements for HR leaders and team members
- Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials
- Help set up conference rooms, catering, and materials for HR meetings and events
- Support training initiatives by preparing materials and assisting with logistics
- Provide general administrative support and assist the team wherever needed
- Administrative or executive assistant experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office / Office 365
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable supporting budgets and expense reporting processes
- Flexible and willing to assist with meeting logistics when needed
