HELPDESK IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
- Work both individually and as a team in order to address customer support issues while providing stellar customer service.
- Triage issues and customer support requests via telephone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot end user's issue(s) and resolves upon initial contact, when possible.
- Provide remote access or VPN support and assistance on internally supported devices, applications, and systems.
- Escalate issues to appropriate second level and third-level subject-matter experts in accordance to service-level agreements, and follow-up on incidents when appropriate.
- Accurately document customer support activities into the incident tracking/ticketing system and knowledge base.
- Leverage internal and external resources to answer questions and resolve issues.
- Windows 10 Experience
- Remote Customer Service, including a strong verbal communication style
- Responsive and time sensitive attitude
