Morgan Hunter is partnering with a large, well-established industrial organization to add an HR Manager to its leadership team. This is a strategic role supporting multiple locations and partnering closely with operations leadership to drive HR initiatives, develop talent, and strengthen employee engagement.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Manager who enjoys balancing strategy with day-to-day leadership. You'll lead a small HR team, collaborate with leaders across multiple sites, and help shape the people strategy for a growing division within a stable organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with operations leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals
- Lead, coach, and develop a small HR team while fostering a positive and accountable culture
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Support talent management, succession planning, training, and employee engagement initiatives
- Partner with shared services teams on recruiting, payroll, benefits, and compliance activities
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend process improvements that support operational success
- Travel occasionally to regional locations and leadership meetings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR leadership or HR Business Partner experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, production, or similar environments preferred
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence leaders at all levels
- Experience leading and developing HR team members
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
