Job Description
A growing company in the Kansas City metro is seeking a proactive and organized HR Generalist to support both HR and recruiting functions. The position has blended responsibilities, offering a variety of projects including managing intern programs, coordinating recruiting efforts, and supporting open enrollment and payroll audits.

Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Support summer internship program, career fairs, campus hiring events
- Assist with payroll processing and audits, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance
- Respond to employee benefits questions and assist during open enrollment periods
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system and support onboarding and orientation activities
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with the HR team on projects, events, and training initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of HR experience, industry experience in tech is a plus
- 2+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience
- Prior exposure to payroll processing and benefits administration
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfort handling confidential information with professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
