Our client, a family-owned company in North Kansas City, is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to serve as the primary HR resource for their growing workforce. This role will report directly to executive leadership and play a key part in supporting both field operations and office staff.
With approximately 80 employees and a workforce that includes a strong Spanish-speaking population, this position requires someone who is comfortable being visible, building trust with field teams, and providing steady guidance to leadership. Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for field and office positions

Partner with leadership and supervisors to support hiring and workforce planning

Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations matters and workplace concerns

Support and monitor performance management processes

Administer benefits programs and coordinate annual enrollment activities

Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data

Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety documentation, and reporting requirements

Assist with audits and regulatory documentation

Support employee engagement efforts and company culture initiatives

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR processes and programs

2+ years of progressive HR experience

Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Experience supporting a field-based or operations workforce preferred

Knowledge of benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations

Ability to work independently in an onsite environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with HRIS systems (Paychex or similar platforms preferred)
