Job Description
Our client located in western Johnson County, Kansas is searching for a business-savvy HR Director to add to their growing team.
As the HR Director, you will lead a high-performing team to develop and deliver people strategies supporting business initiatives. You'll also partner with corporate shared services and HR Operations to design and implement HR solutions focused on performance management, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach HR Business Partners in strategic HR initiatives and solutions.
- Develop and implement talent management and development strategies.
- Strengthen talent pools through programs, consultation, and training.
- Oversee talent review, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Identify and develop leadership potential.
- Facilitate leadership and employee development programs.
- Support department and subsidiary restructures.
- Direct employee relations initiatives:
- Facilitate employee engagement and inclusive strategies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Act as HR Business Partner for corporate shared services, providing support and guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of senior HR experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven strategic advisor to senior executives.
- Expertise in Talent Management, Change Management, and Organizational Development.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and corporate policies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- High emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and SharePoint.
