Job Description

Our client is based in the Kansas City metropolitan area and is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead their HR function. This is a strategic, yet hands-on role for an experienced professional who has the aptitude to work throughout all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the HR team in developing strategies around recruiting, policies & procedures, benefits administration, and compensation structuring.
  • Counsel on performance management and employee engagement.
  • Analyze the existing HRIS to determine efficiencies that could be put in place.
  • Champion career development programs and work with managers to ensure a talent pipeline is in place to meet future growth.


Requirements:
  • At least 7 years' experience in Human Resources.
  • Management of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • HR Certification is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player mindset.
  • Ability to work in office 100%
