Job Description


A growing HR team is seeking a temporary HR Coordinator to support campus recruiting and early-career hiring efforts. This role will assist with onboarding, pre-employment processing, interview scheduling, and communication to ensure new hires have a smooth and positive experience. The team anticipates increased hiring volume at the start of the year, so this coordinator will have time to train and ramp up before peak season.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate drug screens, background checks, and physicals for new hires

  • Support onboarding tasks and send first-day communication

  • Assist with I-9s and employment documentation

  • Schedule campus interviews and coordinate logistics

  • Generate campus offer letters and assist with related paperwork

  • Provide support for professional hiring when campus volume is low

Qualifications

  • Previous HR coordination or administrative experience preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and customer-service mindset

  • Ability to multitask and support multiple stakeholders

  • Comfortable learning HR systems and handling confidential information
