Performance Enhancement: Provide line management with invaluable performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.

- Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Business Partner and resolving complex employee relations issues, supporting Sales function and business growth/development functions.

- Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and possessing or obtaining SHRM certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) within one year of employment showcases your commitment to professional growth.
