Your Role and Responsibilities:

Analytical Expertise: Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams to analyze trends and metrics, transforming data into actionable insights that drive impactful solutions.

Employee Relations: Tackle complex employee relations challenges head-on, conducting thorough investigations and resolutions. Maintain a deep understanding of legal requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance.

Performance Enhancement: Provide line management with invaluable performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.

Culture Champion: Elevate our organization's culture by partnering with management and employees to strengthen work relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention.

Policy and Contracts: Offer guidance and interpretation on HR policies, while also developing contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.

What You'll Bring:
  • Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Business Partner and resolving complex employee relations issues, supporting Sales function and business growth/development functions.
  • HR Mastery: Working knowledge of various HR disciplines, including compensation practices, performance management, employee relations, and employment laws.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and possessing or obtaining SHRM certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) within one year of employment showcases your commitment to professional growth.
