Job Description
I've worked on a lot of roles in this space, and most of them lean heavily toward pure cold-call sales. This one doesn’t. This role is truly for a REAL financial advisor and not the mass-marketed roles you see posted online. It's unique. It's boutique, and it could be for you.
Most “financial advisor”job postings start the same way: Cold calling, pushing products to your friends and family, and chasing commissions. This role is not that.
We’re partnering with a boutique wealth management firm that takes a very different approach. Think long-term planning, real client relationships, and a path to becoming a true advisor, not a salesperson. If you don't have your licenses, our client will work with you to secure the necessary investment licenses.
If you are working at a larger investment firm and want fewer roadblocks, true teamwork, and less bureaucracy, our client can offer all of that for you. They want someone who wants to be part of something great.

Your day
- Support the development of financial and retirement plans
- Sit in on client meetings and help translate goals into strategy
- Analyze assets, income, and long-term planning scenarios
- Assist with portfolio reporting and investment communication
- Help grow client relationships through education and outreach
- Get into the weeds with the business side of a growing advisory firm
Who this is for
- 3 to 5 years in financial services, banking, accounting, education, or a related field
- Someone who wants to build a career, not just close deals
- Naturally curious and comfortable talking through complex ideas
- Interested in pursuing CFP certification down the road
- Wants mentorship and a path, not just a job
Comp
- Base: $50K to $75K, depending on experience. If you have your CFP or licenses, our client has flexibility.
