Job Description
Our client is seeking a skilled, dependable, and self-motivated Field Maintenance Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in maintenance, remodeling, construction, or the skilled trades who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and taking ownership of a variety of repair and improvement projects.
The ideal candidate is a true jack of all trades with strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent craftsmanship, and the confidence to manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general mechanical work.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs safely, efficiently, and with a high level of quality.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and general improvements to ensure buildings and equipment remain in excellent condition.
- Manage multiple service requests and projects while effectively prioritizing workload.
- Complete small renovation and remodeling projects, including finish work, fixture installation, and general repairs.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate documentation of completed work.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance, construction, remodeling, facilities maintenance, or a related skilled trade.
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot problems, work independently, and manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
