Join our client's team as a Temporary Facilities Coordinator and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to contribute your skills and expertise to the organization's ongoing success.
  • Manage/Maintain Database
  • Manage Executive Suite Agreements including researching new locations, obtaining quotes, coordinating document review and payments
  • Manage the distribution of office lease documents to Legal, Divisional Controllers, and other parties to ensure all information is the most current
  • Manage/Maintain SpaceIQ and Maintenance Databases along with the Facilities team
  • Coordinate daily facilities and property management issues with building property manager, vendors and the Facilities team
  • Manage key cards
  • Assist with the tracking/managing of associate’ s security badges, parking stickers, signage, locator listings and information
  • Manage Fitness Center locker assignments, name labels, and usage report
  • Run/Distribute monthly gym report, and other reports as requested
  • Manage Company Kitchen related issues
  • Manage the distribution of Copier Leases to the appropriate Divisional Controller and KC-Help Desk
  • Manage/Maintain documents, including, all paper and electronic files for Real Estate Leases, Copier Leases and Tenant Finish Project invoices
  • Review and process invoices, including, all Facilities, Copier, and Tenant Finish Project

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related program or equivalent education and/or experience preferred
  • Three to five years of previous administrative support experience required, preferably in Real Estate or Construction environment
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Above average verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with associates at all levels of responsibility, representing Lockton in the highest professional manner
  • Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workload and meet deadlines required
