Our client, a well-established, privately held manufacturing organization in Johnson County, is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support two senior executives.

This opportunity is ideal for a polished, business-minded administrative professional who enjoys partnering closely with executive leadership, managing competing priorities, and serving as a steady, trusted presence in the office.
Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings for two senior leaders

  • Provide proactive reminders and time-management support to ensure priorities stay on track

  • Monitor and triage executive email communications

  • Review and draft correspondence as needed

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements

  • Serve as liaison between executive leadership and internal teams

  • Assist with special projects, facility coordination, and recurring executive initiatives

  • Maintain organized filing systems and document workflows

  • Support office-related administrative needs and subscription management
Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of Executive Administrative Assistant experience supporting senior leadership

  • Experience in a privately held or small-to-mid-sized organization preferred

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Professional, polished presence
