Director of Sales - Exclusive Search! Kansas City Metro | Hybrid | $120K Base + Realistic $180K+ (fully uncapped and achievable).

Our client is hiring a Director of Sales to lead and elevate a team selling professional services into construction, industrial, and skilled trades markets. This is a truly unique role with unlimited growth potential working with one of the strongest sales leaders in the KC metro.

What You’ll Own:
- Lead a team of inside and outside sales executives
- Refine and execute a disciplined go to market strategy
- Strengthen pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy
- Improve win rates and deal velocity
- Recruit and develop high performance talent
- Partner directly with executive leadership on growth planning
What We’re Looking For:
MH
- 7 to 15 years in B2B sales
- 5+ years leading sales teams
- Experience selling into construction, industrial, field services, or skilled trades
- Comfort operating in CRM driven environments
- Financial literacy around margin and revenue forecasting
- A track record of building teams that hit their targets
