Job Description
Director of Operations
Ready to step into a senior operations leadership role where your decisions actually shape the business?
This is a fast growing, hands on organization where execution matters, and strong operators have a real voice. The environment is collaborative, fast paced, and built for leaders who enjoy being close to the work while still thinking several steps ahead.
The company values accountability, continuous improvement, and practical problem solving. As the business scales, this role plays a key part in shaping operational structure, building reliable teams, and improving how work gets done across the organization. This is not a sit behind the desk role. It is visible, impactful, and deeply connected to day to day execution.
This Director of Operations role is ideal for an experienced leader who brings strong judgment, calm under pressure, and the ability to keep teams moving even as conditions shift. You will work closely with field teams and internal stakeholders to ensure projects, shipments, and installs are executed accurately, on time, and with consistent accountability.
You lead by example and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed. When teams are short staffed, schedules change, or priorities shift, you stay focused and solution driven. You balance leadership with hands on involvement and step in when the situation calls for it.
Key Responsibilities
IMPORTANT NOTE: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment sponsorship. This position is based in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Candidates must reside locally or be willing to relocate at their own expense, as relocation assistance is not provided.
