Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute learning strategies to meet current and future business goals.
- Identify talent needs and propose effective learning solutions.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on the design and delivery of new hire learning programs, career path learning curriculums, as well as professional and leadership development pathways.
- Lead and mentor a team to design and implement high-impact training solutions.
- Create communication campaigns to highlight L&D offerings.
- Manage relationships with third-party training providers, identifying and tracking delivery methods and impact.
- Develop and share clear and concise L&D metrics and insights.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to deliver integrated training solutions.
- Collaborate with Talent Management and HR teams to ensure advantages to L&D opportunities are known and felt across the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Strong ability to complete work accurately, thoroughly, and on time.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and advanced presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning strategies, instructional design, and performance consulting.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects.
- Experience in developing long-term capabilities and aligning HR programs with business goals.
- Effective leadership, team collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, human resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive learning and development experience.
- At least 5 years of leadership or managing a team.
- Experience with a wide range of training and development programs and offerings
