- Bachelor’ s Degree from an accredited university
- Must have a proven track record of strategic sales growth - how do we find and grow new business, grow current clients, etc?
- Previous B2B &/or B2C Sales Leadership experience.
- You will Lead a team of up to 3 direct managers across the company’ s B2B & B2C products.
- Mentor & coach over 20 outside sales reps across all divisions.
- Have the proven ability to get sales teams on your strategic path (they love your leadership and will follow you anywhere).
- Work directly with ownership on strategic sales direction and guide the sales teams.
- Six-figure base salary with a five-figure bonus potential
