Director of Digital Marketing (Lawrence/Topeka, KS Area): 5-10 + yrs experience in digital strategy and integrated marketing with an expertise in data-driven multi-channel marketing strategies utilizing the web, mobile, social and email campaigns. 3-5+ yrs management experience. Must have the ability to be hands on while also driving strategy and identifying KPIs to further streamline and improve marketing efforts.

  • 5-10 + years experience in digital strategy and integrated marketing with an expertise in data-driven multi-channel relationship marketing strategies utilizing the web, mobile, social and email
  • 3-5+ years digital marketing management experience. Must be able to lend hand to strategy while building KPIs around campaigns and improving processes over time. This person also needs to have the hands on experience with each facet to better understand how to lead strategy. This individual will lead a digital marketing team of 2-3 others
  • Role will play a B2B to B2C marketing model as the organization's products are sold through a network of independent reps reselling their products to end users
  • This role will be more Mar-Com than IT, but certain technical attributes will make this candidate attractive as they will interface with the IT team. Such interface will include working with front end and back end developers to create, build and enhance the overall digital experience. Prior Drupal experience would be a plus however not required
  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy to improve the company’ s connection and brand reputation to its clients and financial professionals through its email systems and web-based properties
  • Develop processes, people and tool-sets to enhance overall sales enablement, including the partnership between marketing and sales teams
  • Provide regular reports and dashboards that measure the firm’ s overall digital tactics and platforms, including various key performance indicators and other ROI
  • Develop strategies that measure and improve overall search engine results and traffic (SEO)
  • Work with outside partners and constituencies to develop client-level lead generation programs and strategies
  • Measure and track digital marketing campaigns to provide analysis and feedback to improve overall results
  • Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget
