Right now, one of our clients is looking for a polished and proficient Customer Support Specialist who has a passion for taking care of customer needs. Customer service experience is not required but to be successful in this position, this person must be friendly, attentive, and able to communicate effectively.

Their office is modern and has a laid back and friendly atmosphere. They also have various shifts that will work with non-traditional schedules. If you enjoy working in a team environment but can work independently, this position would be a good fit for you.

Job Responsibilities include:
  • Attending to customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email
  • Recording details of customer interactions and transactions
  • Supporting the sales team with assistance in accessing resources

Job specifications:
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to handle high call volumes
  • Ability to plan, organize, and set priorities
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Shift opportunities:
  • 1: 00am - 3: 00pm
  • 8: 00am - 5: 00pm
  • 9: 00am - 6: 00pm
  • 11: 00am - 8: 00pm
This position also requires the employee to work from home one Saturday a month from 9: 00am to 4: 00pm. When you work on Saturday, you will be given a day off during the week. (You will be given the resources needed to work from home.)
