Position: Customer Support Representative

We have a client with an immediate need for a Customer Support Representative. This position is responsible for supporting corporate clients with service and processing functions.
  • Build relationships with existing corporate customers and contacts
  • Process client requests – including transactions, fund transfers and contract adjustments
  • Assist with account analysis and program satisfaction
  • Work with customers via phone, email and fax
  • Schedule and conduct regular conference calls with clients as required
  • Reconcile account activity daily
  • Generate specialized reports
  • Prepare client billings
  • Maintain accounts in customer database and document any changes
  • Generate certificates of insurance as requested

  • Bachelor’ s degree or 2 years previous customer service or administrative support experience
  • Good Microsoft Office Computer skills and knowledge
  • Strong data entry and typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills and follow up skills
