The Role
The Customer Support Representative will work directly with customers to assist with all order functions from beginning to completion.

Major Responsibilities
  • Manually enter customer orders that come via phone and email
  • Verify pricing information
  • Review order shipment details for accuracy
  • Generate customer tracking information
  • Address shipping damages and delays with customers
  • Confirm and update system with order information, including pricing and shipping dates
  • Review and update vendor invoices
  • Escalate discrepancies as needed
  • Data entry of pricing and vendor information

Requirements for the Role
  • 0 - 2 years experience with data entry or customer service
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products – including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Independent decision-making abilities
