Schedules open: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Tuesday-Saturday 2: 00pm-10: 00pm
Saturday-Wednesday 10: 00pm-7: 30am

  • Build rapport with clients via phone and email on a daily basis
  • Assist with account setup and maintenance
  • Act as the liaison between the client and the company
  • Listen tentatively to what the customer is needing and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work with internal departments to obtain information need to assist the client
  • Process orders in a timely manner with little error
  • Enter information into the database
  • Back up team members when needed

Skills Required:
  • 1-5 years of B2B customer service experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Drive and reliable
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Associates or Bachelor’ s degree preferred
