Job Description

We’re hiring two Customer Support Assistants to join a team providing support to customers using two major applications. This is a full-time, temporary role running from September 2025 through March 2026, with the potential for extension. If you're a self-starter with strong technical skills and a knack for clear, professional communication, this role offers a great opportunity to contribute to a busy support team from the comfort of your home!
*Candidates must have access to their own computer and dual monitors.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to support tickets, updating statuses and logging activity clearly
  • Assist users with login issues, password resets, and access requests across multiple systems
  • Set up new credentials and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide clear written support and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Escalate more complex tickets as needed and collaborate with internal team members to ensure issue resolution
  • Review shared ticket queues daily to claim, assign, or follow up on open items
  • Support additional user projects as assigned by the team lead

Requirements:
  • Must have personal computer setup with reliable internet and dual monitors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent written communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to work independently
