Position: Customer Service Representative

Morgan Hunter specializes in locating and evaluating high-performing individuals on behalf of some of Kansas City’ s most respected organizations. Our client has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for providing top notch service to clients and facilitating their needs.
  • Build relationships with customers, insurance agents and underwriters over the phone
  • Answer questions regarding online account problems, password reset and website navigation
  • Generate client form letters
  • Submit requests to IT on behalf of customers
  • Enter customer information into CRM database
  • Maintain customer information database for accuracy and timeliness
  • Respond to customer inquiries in accordance with company standards
  • Correspond with customer via phone and email to verify ticket status and account information

  • 2 years previous customer service
  • Previous experience in insurance is required
  • Good Microsoft Office Computer skills and knowledge
  • Strong data entry and typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills and follow up skills
