We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client's expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and accurately processing orders in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service or order entry experience required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
