Job Description
Customer Service Associate
Olathe, KS
Our client is a local Insurance and Financial Services Agency looking to add a Customer Service Associate to their growing agency! The Customer Service Associate will serve as a first point of contact for current clients and will be a key piece of the client experience. This individual will work directly with clients, support the agent, and ensure office operations run smoothly.
Major Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming customer service inquiries
- Maintain strong relationships with current customers
- System Administrator of CRM system
- Process policy changes
- Work with underwriting to obtain and update customer documentation
- Prepare virtual client meeting links and email confirmations
- Manage and maintain all client contact information in CRM and internal databases
- Greet all clients coming to the office
- Update client account information as requested
- Upload client insurance documents
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
- Generate weekly, quarterly, and annual reports as requested
- Provide general administrative support to agent
Requirements for the Role
- 3 years prior experience in a professional office setting
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to become subject matter expect for CRM system
- Ability to handle highly confidential information
- Willingness to obtain Insurance Property & Casualty license within 6 months of hire
- Friendly, professional demeanor and strength in relationship building
- Ability to work in office from Monday –Friday from 8am –5pm
