Position: Customer Relations Coordinator

Morgan Hunter specializes in locating and evaluating high-performing individuals on behalf of some of Kansas City’ s most respected organizations.

Our client has an immediate need for a Customer Relations Coordinator to assist with provider relationship management, support case managers and build prospect provider lists.
  • Serve as point of contact for providers via phone and email
  • Respond to general inquiries for information and timeline updates
  • Enter provider information into company database
  • Support insurance requests
  • Put together orientation paperwork, contracts and materials on behalf of case managers
  • Create financial arrangements insurance companies
  • Manage insurance paperwork and obtain missing information and documentation
  • Analyze patient accounts and answer billing questions
  • Responsible for current knowledge of industry practices

Qualifications:
  • 2 years previous customer service experience
  • Good Microsoft Office Computer skills and knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills and follow up skills
  • Ability to handling confidential information and situations
