Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the hospital's financial objectives.
- Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and executive team in the development and execution of the hospital's financial plans.
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize revenue and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to create realistic and achievable budgets.
- Provide financial projections and forecasts to guide decision-making and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, reimbursement methodologies, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
