Contract Recruitment Coordinator

The Contract Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment support throughout the organization. The Recruitment Coordinator will focus on supporting the talent strategy by collaborating with the Human Resources Team with sourcing and phone screening candidates. This is a 6-month contract position.
Contract Recruitment Coordinator requirements include:
- Bachelor’ s Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related area required.
- Two or more years of recruitment/sourcing experience required.
- Construction or engineering industry experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience using social media and other recruiting tools to actively recruit a variety of talented candidates.
