Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the administration of our comprehensive benefit programs, ensuring employees are well-informed about eligibility, coverage, and changes.
- Craft and communicate effective messages around total rewards, educating employees at all levels on the value of their compensation and benefits.
- Conduct thorough research on compensation plans offered by comparable organizations, recommending enhancements to keep our plans competitive and effective.
- Foster strong relationships with brokers, carriers, and other contacts to swiftly resolve issues and inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for our employees.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to recommend and implement updates, changes, and new perks to our workplace benefit options.
Qualifications that will set you up for success:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in benefits and compensation
- Five years of hands-on experience administering compensation and benefits programs.
- Be a key player in shaping a positive and supportive work culture.
