Responsibilities:
- Executes participation in salary surveys and monitors survey data to ensure company compensation goals are met.
- Completes annual and ad hoc compensation survey participation with selected survey vendors.
- Evaluates existing roles, creates new role descriptions and responsibilities, and determines appropriate job classifications and compensation levels.
- Conducts compensation benchmarking through external market review, ensuring compliance with federal/state wage and hour regulations.
- Prepares data analysis reports and presents findings to senior leadership.
- Collaborates with HR and department managers to communicate compensation policies and programs to employees.
- Collaborates with internal team and various departments to support compensation initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Assists in the development and administration of compensation programs including incentive plans, bonuses, and equity programs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources organizational design.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation analysis & planning.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
- Ability to collect and synthesize large quantities of data, recognizing trends to solve complex problems & develop recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Highly professional & personable, with expert communication skills.
