  • Administer compensation programs with total rewards objectives
  • Oversee rewards and recognition programs, as well as participate in compensation planning and incentive programs
  • Review and create job descriptions
  • Assist in market surveys and benchmarking studies. Analyze results and identify trends
  • Perform audits and complete reporting
  • Maintain HRIS systems to ensure information is up to date and accurate
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and communicating compensation programs
  • Assist with mergers and acquisitions of new employees

Experience needed in this role:
  • 3-5 years previous dedicated compensation experience
  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent in years of experience
  • Ability to analyze complex data and ability to communicate this data to targeted audiences
  • Understanding and knowledge of pay grades, compensation structure and job codes
  • Excellent excel knowledge and general computer experience
