Responsibilities in this role:
- Partner with business unit leaders, talent acquisition and HR business partners on compensation for their teams
- Build relationships with leaders and be a trusted partner and provide input and suggestion on compensation for talent acquisition and merit increases
- Participate in compensation surveys and the utilization of those surveys
- Assist in annual and mid-year pay review
- Evaluate and provide suggestion on process improvement
- Manage and set salary ranges to ensure market competitiveness to attract and retain talent
- Partner with the benefits team on projects
- Collaborate with HR team on company initiatives
Experience we are targeting:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance or related business degree
- 5 years human resources with dedicate experience in compensation, benefits and HRIS
- Experienced in MS Office programs - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Previous HRIS experience and general HRIS knowledge
- Critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
- Be able to maintain highly confidential information, have a high attention to detail and be a self-starter
