Job Description

The Compensation Analyst will participate in the design, implementation and administration of various compensation programs. Responsibilities include job evaluations, job description preparation, market analysis, salary administration and annual compensation planning. You will work collaboratively with a team to identify Compensation structures for this organization of 2, 000+ employees.

Compensation Analyst requirements include:
  • Bachelor’ s degree in human resources or business administration or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
  • Three plus years’ experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel and working knowledge of a computerized HRIS.
  • CCP designation is preferred.
