The Role

The Client Services Coordinator will be the liaison between different internal teams and supporting Member Services. This position works heavily in SharePoint to create forms, links, and documents specifically for members! The Client Services Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring members receive the top-notch service they are accustomed to!

Major Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings and scheduling
  • SharePoint organization and file migration
  • Creating collaborate forms and items in SharePoint
  • Update and create links/documents/pages in SharePoint
  • Draft member information notices
  • Survey Monkey administration
  • Coordinate printing and shipment of member services printed materials
  • Assist with National Meetings team scheduling
  • Prepare for monthly meetings
  • Maintain membership records in Excel
  • Ensure all Copy Center projects are completed on time
  • Oversee final printed material copies for quality
  • Assist with monitoring and tracking department budget

Requirements for the Role
  • Proficiency and previous professional experience in SharePoint required
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and MS 365
  • High attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and professionalism

Work Conditions
  • Monday – Friday; 8: 00am – 5pm
