Client Services Coordinator

As Client Services Coordinator, you would report directly to the Team Manager, utilizing your exceptional economic business and client services proficiencies, and applying your self-motivation, organizational and team/client-first talents to ensure success for all.

Expectations:
  • Above all – provide top notch service to existing client base
  • Serve as point of contact for client questions and communications to support Advisors
  • Answering inbound phone calls and direct as required
  • Work with third party vendors to obtain required client documentation
  • Accurate and in-depth analysis of leading-edge life insurance products
  • Scan and upload policy documents into client files
  • Maintain CRM as needed with client information changes
  • Timely and accurate policy administration, investment reporting and business-sensitive issue resolution
  • Provide reporting upon request
  • Support business improvement enterprises

Qualifications:
  • Desire to be part of a growing firm with an emphasis on fast paced work!
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Exceptional written and oral communication proficiency
  • Capable of “ thinking outside the box” and implementing creative answers
  • Prioritize and multi-task without supervision
