Client Relationship Coordinator
Kansas City, MO


Our client is looking for a Client Relationship Coordinator to join their growing team! This role will assist their Financial Advisors with administrative tasks surrounding client communications and applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records for clients – updating accounts, uploading documents, and monitoring transactions
  • Review client applications for completion and ensure all signatures are present
  • Scheduling appointments for Advisors
  • Organization of paperwork for the office
  • Promptly answering client questions and following up on issues
  • Assisting clients with the application process

Requirement:
  • Must have experience with National Financial Services (NFS)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience within a financial company
  • Proficient in MS Suite
  • Highly organized and strong communication!
