Business Development Executive
Location: On-site –Kansas City Metro Area

Experience Level: 3–5+ years B2B sales

Compensation: Base + performance-based bonuses

OTE: $75, 000–$95, 000+ (Year 1), $100K+ (Year 2 and beyond)

The Role
This is for the closers, the relationship builders, the professionals who know how to spot opportunity—and convert it. We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who knows the B2B sales game and has the numbers to back it up. You’ll be selling high-value solutions that solve real problems, not just pushing product.



You’ll take the lead on prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business, while building long-term relationships with decision-makers. If you’ve got 3 to 5+ years of solid B2B sales success under your belt and you're ready for your next challenge, this is it.



Note: This is an on-site role based in the Kansas City metro area. All applicants must currently reside in the area to be considered.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the sales process end-to-end: prospecting, outreach, discovery, pitching, closing, and follow-up.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify growth targets and opportunities.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Engage clients with a consultative approach—understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Hit and exceed revenue goals with consistency and integrity.
What You Bring
  • 3 to 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience.
  • A consistent track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and face-to-face.
  • Strong organizational habits;you don’t drop the ball.
  • You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, send the follow-up, and ask for the close.
  • Bonus: experience in high-touch, consultative sales environments.
