Job Description


We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Temporary Billing Specialist to join our team and provide short-term support to our client's team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, accuracy with numbers, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner

  • Review billing data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies

  • Post payments, track outstanding balances, and assist with collections

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and account status

  • Maintain organized billing records and documentation

  • Support finance team with month-end closing and reporting tasks

  • Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support role

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook);ERP system experience a plus

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to adapt quickly and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
