Job Description
A growing technology firm is seeking a Part-Time Project Manager to support high-level client events and strategic partnership initiatives. Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of key partner events, including a high-profile multi-day gathering and several annual roundtables.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, guest communications, scheduling, and budget forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including marketing, events, and partnership teams.
- Work directly with leadership to support day-to-day partnership operations and deliverables.
- Research venues, menus, and experiences appropriate for executive-level events.
- Prepare agendas, track timelines, and ensure milestones are met for assigned initiatives.
- Assist with vendor coordination, event setup, and communication follow-ups as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients and leadership.
- Use project tracking tools to monitor progress and keep teams aligned.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning, executive-level project coordination, or client services.
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and supporting C-level partnerships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive;able to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience supporting marketing or partnership teams is a plus.
- Background in managing logistics for high-end corporate events is strongly preferred.
