Position Overview
Our client is seeking a bright, motivated, and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
- Prepare, distribute, and track customer invoices
- Maintain and monitor aging reports
- Communicate with customers regarding billing questions, invoice disputes, and overdue accounts
- Follow up on outstanding balances and support timely collections
- Answer incoming calls and emails
- Perform accurate data entry and record keeping
- Assist with compliance tracking and documentation
- Support general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, auditing, or financial analysis
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and business needs
- Experience with Sage 300 or Smartsheet preferred (training provided);or strong Excel skills
- Industry experience or related industry background preferred
- Demonstrated employment stability
