Administrative Coordinator

Our client has an immediate need for an Administrative Coordinator in their Overland Park office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to handling daily office operations and provide support to management team. This Administrative Coordinator position offers a variety of daily tasks and requires an individual who is excels in a fast-paced environment and works well with others.

Responsibilities:
  • Acts as liaison and ensures high level customer service for all vendors, team members and customers
  • Provides accurate updates on projects and coordinates project completion
  • Keep record of building maintenance schedule
  • Maintain office equipment and schedule supply deliveries
  • Order and maintain inventory of all office supplies
  • Organize daily office activity including conference room schedule and meeting preparations
  • Assemble documentation for management
  • Create, maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking new hire processes
  • Coordinate company events, organize travel arrangements, manage and code expense reports

Qualifications:
  • 3 - 5 years relevant administrative experience
  • Intermediate Excel experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
  • Professional written and verbal communication
