The Role
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting all compliance efforts and reporting. They will work across all properties, work with a variety of investors and state and local agencies and ensure compliance measures are met.
Major Responsibilities
- Manage and track files for review and completion
- Maintain filing and organization of all property documents
- Facilitate documentation progress between internal and external parties
- Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual reports to state agencies
- Collaborate closely with Compliance Managers and communicate missing information and application completion deadlines
- Maintain CRM database with project status updates
Requirements for the Role
- Positive, professional demeanor and a love for working with highly detailed information
- Prior experience in real estate or property management preferred
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products
- Eye for detail and appreciation for organization and meeting deadlines
