Administrative Assistant

Our client is looking for a professional Administrative Assistant to join their collaborative team. They are looking for someone that is organized, enjoys streamlining processes and has front desk experience.

Primary Expectations:
  • Greeting and welcoming all guests, vendors, and employees into the office
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, handle email correspondence and keep the office organized
  • Data entry for client updates, address changes and making documentation over conversations
  • Ordering and restocking kitchen and office supplies
  • Scheduling appointments for clients and maintaining the conference room

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of front desk, administrative, or in a support role
  • Proficient in MS Suite – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • 100% in office position
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive with office needs!
