Our client has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant. This position is responsible for general administrative duties to help the office run smooth!
Responsibilities may include:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Process customer orders, deliveries and shipments
- Greet guests and direct them throughout the office
- Track and process expenses
- Monitoring inventory levels and keep kitchen stocked
- Manage calendars and master conference room schedule
- Perform data entry and Excel projects
- 1 or more years’ experience in an administrative support position
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and proofreading skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn new systems and processes
