Job Description

Are you someone who loves organization, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in keeping an office running efficiently? We’re seeking an Administrative Assistant who brings energy, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to support our team and day-to-day operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to leadership and team members

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence

  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems

  • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and basic reporting

  • Coordinate office logistics, including supplies, mail, and vendor communication

  • Support onboarding activities and general HR or accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

  • Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
