Administrative Assistant
Kansas City, MO
Our client is searching for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their administrative team. They are a close-knit group that values work-life balance and supports internal growth!
Daily Responsibilities
- Sending out invoices to customers and assisting with general billing support
- Greeting and directing guests within the office
- Updating marketing materials and creating newsletters
- Answering and directing calls to internal parties
- Maintaining the office inventory and communicating with vendors to get the best pricing
- Data entry to maintain customer files
- Sitting at the front desk to answering calls, direct guests, and accept packages
Experience Needed
- 2 years in an administrative position
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient within Microsoft Suit
