One of our best clients is seeking an Administrative Assistant, with extensive experience and a deep interest in the financial field, to add to their very stable Administrative team. This position handles administrative and bookkeeping functions for an office of 20 professionals, supporting 6 main individuals.

  • Cordial, yet professional client and team interaction
  • Compile and format client tax forms
  • Accurate and timely file management
  • Office supply ordering, inventory control
  • Correspondence preparation
  • Assist with 1099, W2, and some tax forms
  • Provide help with additional general office tasks

  • 3 years’ experience working for a public accounting firm, law firm, or architectural firm, or similar professional environment.
  • Intermediate MS Word, including tables and financial reports
  • Adobe, Image time, QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Excellent interactive service skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated; yet dedicated team-player
  • Maintains a professional attitude and presence
  • Must be able to work a few extra hours during tax season, including rotating half-days on weekends, without taking vacation time.
