We are seeking a go-getter Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
- Handle internal and external inquiries professionally.
- Prepare and distribute documents and reports accurately.
- Oversee office operations and maintain supplies.
- Assist in planning and executing events and meetings.
- Support projects and ensure timely task completion.
- Maintain databases and filing systems.
- Proactively address administrative issues.
- Handle sensitive information discreetly.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in an administrative role
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management
- Excellent communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
